Are we PS PC players being neglected

I know there is lot of issues with the servers after last update, what it worries me it is the fact that lot of that issues (mail broken for example to name one) hasnt been adressed for too long, my guess it is because maybe all resources are working in the xbox launch. So do we have to expect more problems unresolved? Now that the devs team should be back and forth between xbox servers and PS PC servers, should we expect more delays in content, updates, tracking and fixing of the bugs in game.
Does the idea of stats mattering and a new progression system among others stuff are still on the table in near future, or are we going to be neglected because their attention will be on their new baby?

If May gets here and there are still server issues, mail bugs, and rally glitches, then yes you should be worried.

Can't really be sure, give it a month or 2 as Derio said and we'll see. Especially when X Box is out, will it be attended to allot more with the new meat on it?

Really hope they are hiring more people to handle just the xbox side. I dont see how they couldnt do this. Their team is already small and barely handles our server imo. The bugs taking a long time to be fixed shows this. Yes we should wait and see how it all works out. But if our server has any issues and it starts taking twice as long to fix them because they are handling xbox stuff? Im guessing there will not be very many happy people.

Hopefully the port to xbox goes smoothly for everyone. And someday merge that server with ours.

I just got around to installing the game again today, noticed some odd lag in game at times. It felt more like fps lag which is impossible since I've never had that in this game in past years and this PC is better than what I had last year.

just bought a xbox 1 just for the reaason of being able to start for scratch.....cant wait!

For the 1st time in a few weeks the Servers seemed stable - at least for me. Had only one disconnect and that was because of an issue with MY internet.

That "Queue" window that's been present the last few weekends? It was gone this time around.

No mail or Broker issues for me.

Perhaps the ONLY thing that is still present for me is the Chat issue - my "Group" chat is WHITE when I type it in, which makes it look like TRADE chat. Except that evidently NO one sees this chat.

The Group Chat thing for me is intermittent...comes and goes.

I can still send tells.

TBH I cannot see where we're being neglected. I think we have to move beyond the getting wrapped up in the "Exclusive Content" that XBOX is getting and instead realize that as a NEW server they are JUST starting out. They will have some good times leveling up...learning their roles, etc, etc, etc

But they won't have Big Daddies or Mommas along (High CRs) to help them out. This will be good and bad for them but mostly good I believe.

Their journey is just starting. Ours is continuing. Here's hoping that ONE DAY we can ALL do CROSS PLAY. DO IT, MICROSOFT!

I can play with my sons if Microsoft allows CROSSPLAY.

I'm worried the xbox is going to have major issues for the simple fact that they've shown over and over that they can barely handle coding on the current platforms. The issues we have occur at nearly every update in some form. After 5 Frickin years this should running like a well oiled hooker

I would just like to stoke the flames here.....why it gotta be PS/PC? Ya know that C comes before S in the alphabet, right?


On topic....I don't see us as being the red-headed stepchild. Remember the PS4 launch? PC and PS3 both got pushed aside a bit for that. From a business standpoint, Xbone needs to be the priority at the moment. Yeah yeah, "but we the paying customers have rights ya know!", but you still pay, right? They are still getting your money, so (again, from a business standpoint) they will get to us as soon as they can.
I'm not defending anyone or condemning them either. I can see from the larger picture, and I know we will be addressed soon.


If you're really upset about it (I mean, REALLY upset) you could always make an "I quit" thread on your way out the door. (And then, of course, keep logging on the forums to complain about a game you don't play anymore. Or, my favorite, return and pretend you never left.)

No but the number one priority at the moment will be getting that Xbox One version live so that they can start filling the servers and converting new players to converted paying customers.

A similar thing happened when the PS4 version launched. Everything seemed to stop and all focus was made on getting that PS4 version ready for launch on the day the console launched.

I think once the Xbox One version is launched, it'll be back to business as usual.

I don't think we'll see the next Booster Bundle until the Xbox One version is live. It just makes more sense to hold back until there's another player base there.

Since we are making new babies analogies, let me put things this way.

Let's all pretend your both parents are alive and well together, should this not apply to any of you. Now, your mother just came to you and told you she's pregnant, but you enjoy her attention a lot and will feel neglected by your parents, specially that you are going through a hard time in your life right now and need their support very badly. You feel neglected a lot, no?

Well, but there's the other side: it's a newborn baby that heavily depends on their parents to live. Without them, the baby might make it alive if someone else helps, but it won't be the same at all, unless the person makes an awesome work, way better than the parents would need to do, so the baby grows mentally healthy.

The XBone is that baby. It will need attention from the developers to grow healthy, otherwise the players will need to harbor the community on their own, which will be extremely hard, otherwise the XBone side will just die, and nobody in favour of the XB release wants that.

I don't care about the exclusives that the xbox may get. I play the game for the content. However, when they delay content because they can only focus on one aspect of the game (xbox launch) it is annoying. When they leave powers out of balance for years that gets annoying, when they don't fix the most obvious of bugs, that is just down right unacceptable. They have made the game so you can just do auto dual pistols to get to the end game.

Also, the xbox release will be just like opening up a new server in a new game. People that know what they are doing will be max level within a week. This game has become so easy now that any idiot can get to the end game without much of an issue. Yes, I know many people don't get off the ship..but that is probably because it doesn't hold their attention. When I first started I thought the ship was boring and tedious and I had no idea what the game was about. I was not immediately engaged in playing the game, but I had a friend waiting for me on the other side so I completed it, and I am glad I did.

The cross play between consoles is waiting on Sony now...Xbox opened it up...but Sony has yet to decide. They are much stronger, and bigger, so they have to weigh the benefits to see if it is worth it. Xbox has half the player base so it might not be worth it to them to give players a benefit in not buying their console.

Any word on the crashing ? I've crashed SO many times this weekend that it feels like the old PS3 days with "Corrupt Data". Most of it happens when I'm walking through a teleporter out of an instance, though several times it happened just in my menu.

So if I decide to play today, I won't have any of the issues on PC that I had since GU59?
