Aquaman Hear My Call - summoned pets?

This is probably a stupid question, but what counts as a summoned pet?

Powerset pets, RSK, Grimorum, Quislet, trinket pets included in the tier sistema. All those get buffed. I don't know about Henchmen, but they probably will too, and probably Sidekick. No idea about seasonal pets. Allies do not get buffed.

Pretty sure Henchmen do count...I see the Aquaman symbol pop over their heads as well as my other pets when his ability procs.

The only things that I believe do not get the buff are turrets and allies. Everything else should qualify for the buff (i believe it’s anything that the source shard can buff will get buffed from aquaman)

    Thank you, everyone.

I went ahead and looked at the tech driving the ability and this is the correct assumption, it uses similar logic as the Source Shard to derive its eligible targets.

When you said turrets you talk about Tier 3 Lex corp Turret and other pet´s?

All the turrets. Turrets are different from trinket pets in that they are stationary turrets (where they get their name from) and do all of their damage in a shorter window in exchange for lower overall damage. Trinket let’s behave like robot sidekick, Quislet, and grim. By this I mean that once summoned they move around and attack.

I see, thank you. Another question, and just to be clear, the tier 3 Mother box or Alfred Box doesn´t count as a turrets right?

    Correct. Those are trinket pets.

If they float around for 60 seconds they are trinket pets.
If they stay stationary for 10-20 (can’t remember) seconds than they are turrets

Thanks again, maybe the last question was very obvious, but i always wanna have all things crystal clear xD

Technically, turrets are also trinkets. It's just that we have mobile (moving) pets and turret (stationary) pets.

True but I like making that distinction lol

Yes, it can do pet trinkets, power tray pets, and artifact pets. They have to already be summoned when it procs, unfortunately. I believe it was said that it was too many problems trying to get it to be active if you summon after the proc.

I'm not a fan of the proc upon hit anyways. It should be an auto proc and timer for the cooldown.

Does this include Gadgets suppressor turret? I wouldn't call this a stationary turret like the trinket turrets.
  16. Ranmaru Developer

If suppressor turret is eligible to be targeted by source shard it should be entitled to receive the buff. As far as I am aware it is eligible for source shard and Aquaman's HMC.

Before you made MAM, Emperor Aquaman's buff did work on Suppressor Turret, as my loadout originally used it, over RSK.

Since you are perusing the forums about pet based stuff, can I ask if it's possible to make RSK summoning behave like pet class power ones? (Crystal, Brick, Fury, etc.) Running higher content or content that has one shot big attacks, I've been finding it dying on me far to often than it should, even with MAM's shield. (That, to be honest, doesn't last long enough IMO on them.) When trying to summon it, it has a cast time. Like a really long cast time, where the other ones are super fast instant cast to summon. I can find myself having to try and summon it 2-5 times, having to wait for the cooldown each time. It's very frustrating, considering that my build's damage is built around that pet. I know it's not possible to make hitting your armory not unsummon it, but maybe making it act like the others would be a good middle ground for QoL as well as help this build work better.

(I'll be honest, I just wish all pets acted like Quislet and Void Gazer and just auto summon themselves when killed.)

If it's failing it's because you're being interrupted while casting, if you clip the RSK cast with something else it's instant.

Have you tried running something like the pve breakout trinket to clip its cast making it instant in anongst other powers and trinkets that clip.

Even with Crystal and Fury and Brick especially I am not letting that animation play out.

Not saying I don't support your change just throwing it out there.

I am aware of the interruption. Just trying to summon while running out of danger can stop it. The interruption can still cause a clip summon to fail and you now have two things on cooldown. With Crystal, Fury, and Brick, the casting time is instant. You usually don't have to try and summon them again, but clipping helps. (Brick with a shield, as an example.)

I think you meant the turret instead of rsk? But yes I agree
