Appropriate response to a undergeared in the raid

I just do not get the whole argument.
Getting full 96 modded is now insanely easy. This qualify as a suited stuff for HL content especially if you plan to be a dps (and you know how to play of course). I use to play tank, so I do not care much about my dps stuff, still I was fully 96 dps geared and more about day +5 after WoL2, while playing maybe 2 hours at most a day, and no tokens used, so what's the issue ? No big deal to actually play the solo/duo/alert content for about a week before watching for raid groups.

Of course there is the SP issue, but this is not the matter of this topic. Also, if you are playing a reroll, tokens are here for that.

To me a guy who doesn't do those things doesn't play the game properly. Still I give him a try on PUG (never ever asked a player the CR of his toon, ever). If he somewhat does the job, he can stick. If he doesn't well ... But this is just the same with a cr 111 to me ! Should he be a failure as a player, I will ask to kick him.

I am always amazed to see how much a non issue can seem to be an issue. Don't want to take any chance with undergeared/underskilled ppl ? Avoid RUGs ! Want to have a quickee fun in game ? Avoid MMOs ...

TechWarrior, I do not want to be rude not transform this topic in personal attack, but as pointed Sbel, your statements somewhat do not seem to be consistant with reality ...

Big problem is players who first get DPS gear before their other role's, but then they queue up for both roles because they want to enter an instance faster. That's something that makes me like the new feature to see other group members' equiped CR.
I entered Avarice a few days ago and the tank's equiped CR was 93. I don't have to say how everything went, I excused myself after a while. I never queue up for something I know I can't do, it's a burden to the group, specially if you have an important role such as tank.
Imo the tank is the most important to have a nice gear, he'll be taking damage all the time, 1 shots, he must be able to withstand it. After tank, troll, to keep everyone charged, then healer and then DPS.
But this "if-they-can-queue-up-they-have-the-right-to-run" thing is not something I believe when the person has an awesome DPS gear but wants to tank/troll/heal with a gear from the previuos tier.
I know it's not something people like to hear, but if you want respect from other players you have to earn it. Don't rush into everything just to get gear, realize what you can do to help or if you'll just be a burden to the group. Improve your game.
The game is made to have fun, not die all the time. That's not fun.
