anyone have problems logging in?

Ive tried at least 5 times now, restarting my computer, checked the connection of my I.S.P, checked the server status wich says its live. yet when i click on the dcuo icon, the loader screen where u press play (PC) wont even show up.... Just once did i get to the main screen and it said "validating account" but never got to character screen...anyone else?

or rather what should i do?

Also couldnt log in ..I tried to run as Admin now it works..

weird, i still cant. my computer is one account always, meaning always as admin.

So if you are PC player you should have an option by doing right click on the launcher.."run as adminstrator"
I have no idea why it worked for me..i normaly run it normal..but today i had to run it as admin..

Well, I am back to getting the "Launchpad unable to connect"-message. Trying to "run as administrator" didn't help me at all, either. Something is wrong and i'm quite sure it's not on the players end.

same goes for EUPC (thx for the thread, i allready thought i was banned again) ^^

I disconnected from my wifi and when I reconnected, it prompted me for user name and password and worked.

I would like to point out that I've been having this error since yestruday afternoon.

DCUO Test Server

I suspect this is known but haven't seen a post but as of the last update the Launch Pad won't start up properly on either of my Vista machines throwing a K32GetProcessImageFileNameA error. It was on two separate machines and the same issue occurs to the test client on one of them. I did try it quickly on a Win 10 machine so it's not my account. Additionally a search actually shows this as an issue on the Everquest forums so I suspect it's something in the client build that being leveraged.

I would like to hear from the devs is this is something that will be likely addressed or not. I specifically avoid playing any games on my Win 10 machine if I can help it because as someone who works from home a lot it's important to keep those worlds separate. I have no intention of upgrading the OS on either of my Vista machines anytime soon.

So if a solution is not in the works I'd like to know so I can think about whether to cancel my membership or not - thx.

The last 2 days the log in process for me has been very wonky. And today ive been stuck at validating screen 3 times when switching toons. Im wondering if its on my end but also gotta say this stuff gets super old. It seems like every week or every other week there is some issue. And its gone for a very long time now. How can this keep happening? Im seriously asking cause idk enough about it. But it seems like if the same problem keeps occurring then most would think its not really being fixed. But idk if thats accurate or not. Whatever it is its really frustrating.
