The style I am looking to emulate is the "Ethereal Queen". This particular one is on "Star Ocean: The last Hope", and I would love any suggestions on any styles looking similar to any portion of the outfit.
Just throwing wild suggestions: Red plasmic aura to emulate the wing effect Mecha wings as backstyle, not glowing but the form is kinda similar. Only halo we have is exalted... so yeah, mecha face. :/ formal for chest, and wizardly for legs (I think it was called wizardly, the skirt similar to the formal one but has some decoration on it. That's all I can think of atm, the pic is pretty small to say whats' best for waist hands or feet.
