Any chance GU41 testers can set up a 4s or 5s scrim?

    Besides that it not only restricts you to 4 powersets, even with the extra power good DPS burn outweighs the extra healz, ill give you the defense debuff but even with that it depends who the target is

    I mean whatever works for you guys, I personally wouldn't and if I came across a group set up like that I think you guys might struggle with all the incoming damage especially if we target the fake troll, not much damage and the power might get burnt too quickly

    Its all good, I guess its different ways. I just don't see it working with our set ups

    Dps specced most I hit on a crit was a little over 5k and players will have well over 20k hp so its not a big deal.

    Just to pick up on the 2 troll thing. Debuffs are the only real pro to this pre u41 with vit debuffs. A controller powerset dps clipping with power dump gives more return than a debuffed troll will . Id rather the extra damage and power than debuffs . Just my 2 cents. On ps 2 troll setup will never be accepted. Especially the historically cheap 2 trolls 2 heals 1 tank. Certain leagues were famous for qing wt like that

    1st off all healers have a healing reduction in arenas now so its not gonna be easy to heal. Ive tested all except electric because honestly Ive never been good at elec healing. A big problem for healers in arenas now is that now the power consumption has been increased for all powers so you cant spam your heals or clip them you will empty way too fast. Out of the 3 I tested Nature had the smallest power consumption while healing. So cycling lower power HoTs will work great in 1-4 arenas when power is more scarce and damage to you and group is lower but in 5s a nature will never keep the group full only slow their health from dropping too fast and hope another healer can fill them up.

    I've hit 14k max crit with handblaster wm all DPS spec. Although, since my post in testing feedback, it seems like the damage from crits have been reduced because I have not hit another 14k :)

    counter damage not the actual WM combo damage.

    This was on a counter from a WM, but normal counters thats about right actually. 3-5k

    post GU41 every support role will be a "fake" mainly because of the 1 role gear every1 is a dps that just switches roles so the overall damage of the group will go up more so then relying on 1 or 2 people for damage and killing. My opinion hybrid specs or "fake" role will be much more viable after this update then any pure role.

    doesn't matter if its a WM counter or regular counter they don't scale with attack used it scales with your base stats

    Wait, so you guys run the dumbest defensive setups, and wonder why you can't get a kill within 15 minutes in 5s? This is literally why we can't have nice things.

    If only PS players could scrimmage against PC players, I'd love to see you prove your setup is better against Sparty's.

    As Phil mentioned its too defensive, I'd reckon that damage troll will get shredded too quickly and not provide the damage and power that its supposed to give

    What is your usual dps out range from your dps at the end of your scrims?

    I'm assuming on tight score 15 min game

    Easily 1.5 mil minimum

    Most good ones whack out over 2 mil consistently (obv depending on the power) Some trolls can put out about 1 mil

    If you 1k-0 the other team then its harder to judge, usually about less than a mil but then that depends on the time

    EDIT: Power out is usually 300-400k on average if the troll is good, some can put out over 400 consistently

    Theres plenty of vids from our server scrimming, very few of PC side (non legends)

    I don't think you quite understand the point I'm trying to raise. The fact is, people on the USPC side complained about noone ever dying in 5s and 15 minute 0-0 matches but, noone thought to say "HMMMM, TWO TROLLS IS A LOT OF POWER, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE RUN TWO HEALERS THAT HAVE A BUTTLOAD OF RESTO".

    It shouldn't be about the setup, it should be about the teamwork and player skill. I recall seeing a video where some team was running two tanks. We (the entire 5s USPS community) run the standard balanced setup because it makes matches fun and assures that someones going to die.

    EUPS runs standard set up too, I still think a standard group would beat the 2 troll set up if you play it right

    Probably would. Regardless, running super defensive setups always leads to stalemates, which is in turn why they nerfed the crap out of support roles. Trolling for the past 2 seasons has been horrendous, and looks like its going to be just as bad this time around.

    And how does the damage compare to WM combos/damage from powers etc.?
