Since the update this Thursday, there has been a minor bug with the amplified heat vision. The first bug is whilst being used. The animation will play out as normal, with the damage tick rate also being the same, however, there is an additional portion of time where the animation continues, even after damage is done. One might advise to jump cancel, but this brings me to the next point, when jump cancelling the damageless animation, i receive a cooldown penalty of around half a second-3/4 of a second. This may not seem like a lot, but when my power set, quantum, relies on time bomb and the timing of my abilities to maximise damage, it results in a significant loss of damage over a long time, with additional time spent waiting around for my heat vision to come back off cooldown, despite it being timed perfectly before this mini patch (introduction of dark knight capsule). This happens when i jump cancel after all the damage of the heat vision has been dealt, as the added useless animation wastes time. Again, this didn't used to happen before the addition of the new time capsule. Edit: This seems linked to the latency/lag issues people have been experiencing.
