Am I able to purchase Artifacts back from Constantine after destroying them?

    Am I able to purchase back an Artifact from Constantine after destroying it by feeding it into another Artifact?
    Does anyone know? Specificlly with regards to Scrap of the Soul Cloak?

    Yes. It will appear in the list at the Constantine vendor. However, an artifact won't appear in the list if you already have it in inventory or bank.

    The ones from time capsules I think you have to buy back from the quarks vendor if you destroy them.
