I am trying to change from a one month subscription (ended today, pending payment from a throw away gift card) to a three month one. Its not letting me cancel or start a 3 month one.
Contact Daybreak Games support asap. If the membership renewed on the invalid card and the payment failed, then you account will be suspended until you send Daybreak Games the money. The cause of this seems to be that you tried to cancel after it renewed and the payment failed. Only the support can help you.
