Disconnect the Nanda Parbat timeline without any Lazarus barrels being removed from the timeline. When the savage medics come out have the tank pull them and make sure to burn them as fast as possible. They will try to pick up the barrels and leave the timeline. This feat is relatively straight forward. If you see a barrel disappear while he medic is next to it the feat is still valid, it's only when the medic takes off and teleports with the barrel that the feat is over.
