AGAIN SM SUCKS!!!!

Hey, I'm as disappointed in BN as the next guy. Where were the white lanterns? Sinestro and Kyle Rayner should have been there as white lanterns. Sinestro would be representative of the first white lantern since that's what he was in the comics. Kyle as the premier white lantern since the white light ultimately chose him in the comics. Would have been epic. And the BS canister mechanic. Like really? What a way to artificially prolong the fight lol. Yeah, all you dpses scratch your ***es while the the tank, healers, and troll do all the work. An awesome mechanic . That's a total lack of imagination right there.

As far as stories go, the stories in raids today may not be great, but at least they have a story. There's absolutely no story whatsoever in SM and there's really no rhyme or reason to the bosses for each round either. The bosses are literally just thrown in in such a way that they barely make any real sense. And I'm sorry, but I think you're actually crazy if you like the FoS SM styles. They're no different than the T3 vendor style just with a generic glow lol. Not much thought really went into them.

Yea the no white lanterns in BN was bad, really bad imo. Plus i wanted to see more corrupted iconics. And we got superboy And standing there for the canisters. Yea idk what they were thinking. As far as story and bosses with SM? Yea there is no story really. U could say ok its FoS and there are superman themed bosses in there with doomsday at the end. HH some are 4rth world themed and granny at the end. Tirigon and oan the same. But its just based around it, there is no story so i hear ya.

Back when SMs 1rst came out i remember loche saying they wanted to make 12 so 1 was up every month. That would be cool. Cause i want a paradox themed 1 and a bat family themed 1. Time traveler chest for paradox 1 and android batman chest for bat fam 1. At the very least the 1s we have now should have the bosses swapped out for different 1s each year or their abilities changed. Cause next year when all the SMs come back around what style are we getting? A helmet? A waist? Cause i do run all the SMs when they come around. I look forward to em. But i wont run the same thing again for a 3rd year for a helmet, waist, back, boots, or hands. Something is gonna need to change with SMs next year.

well, completely disagree with the OP statements and reasoning.

SM holds a lot of people interest for the challenge it is.

It's not about advancement thru marks, gear etc - its about prestige through styles and round completion.
that's all it has been, is, and ever will be.

If you dont like it, dont run it - but please lets not think it 'sucks' cause other people enjoy it.

I have been running all the raids, alerts and duos today. It could just be a bad roll of the dice. Have had soem ups and downs with the pugs and randomness, but the content was popping on my end. Hang in there. It was probably just bad timing.

I've never seen a thread blow up in someone's face so hardcore. This has been enjoyable.

I read the first two pages and chose not to read the rest because I frankly don't care about the opinions behind it all.

Before I ended up sick tonight I have ran a couple raids, and alerts all via LFG or queueing randomly (all end game mark runs, which was what the OP is referring to) and that was before I ended up in a "temp" SM group for the evening, which I had to bow out sooner than I would wanted too (that's when I got sick).

Suffice it to say I am sorry that the OP can't find the people to play with because they are there... I played with a fraction of them earlier.

I love it and I hope the devs expand SM to include new maps and new adversaries. Personally, I enjoy the challenge and of course the styles. One can never have too many styles.

In fact, I'd like to see an "All Star" SM. I know I'm side tracking but I'd like to see a SM with all the major players. Nekron, Doomsday, Krona, Darkseid, Trigon and Brainiac. The line up is lacking but I'm sue the devs could do something special.

Ikr. All star SM with nekron, krona, trigon, doomsday, granny, darkseid (when his raid goes live), brainiac, the dog from HoH, hades&ares, tyrant from dox, 3 brainiac avatars from prime, hydra. Just get any major in game boss and add em in. And pick any iconic location with a circular map and bam all star SM. Love that idea bro 5 ***** idea Devs make this happen asap.

Dude, did you not see what the devs said about SM when it first was announced....it would not be part of character progression at all.

The community is not forcing you to participate in this event. Be happy they released an episode to offset the release of this SM event.

If it was up to me, the "All Star" SM be an absolute gauntlet. 10 rounds, PP at R5. Include every major boss and their special adds. Add environment mechanics such as cogs and cleansing. It'll be nothing but ruthlessness for players that are looking for extreme challenges. I'm getting carried away, I'll stop now haha

SM , to me, is taking care of 2 children and a wife!

If I had 4, 5, 6 horus per day to play, I would be time travelling: 20 years ago, in school
