    SERIOUSLY??????? you start with US SERVER really?????

    WE ******* lost best hours of play time WHILE US-server was sleeping!!!! reset week is almost here and we cant get marks before reset now, so you put US server who have reset way later and have been sleeping throe most of the time first!!!

    I agree with some stuff wrote here. As Legendary youre paying for a service, and we all know the updates are improving the game to new stuff. They need to update to make us keep spending our money on SOE.

    But this is not professional, i mean, any system needs 3 levels of enviroment:

    Level 1: Development
    Here the first tests and changes are made, this is a one of kind enviroment and can messed up by the devs to try what can work and what cannot.

    Level 2: Quality
    This needs to be a exacly copy of the production, and when i say EXACLY i really mean a mirror of it, then you can consider this like PC TEST is, players to connect and use stuff. With the concept, its barely impossible to something get wrong on production.

    Level 3: Production

    This is were we play, so in this level only approve stuff can run.

    So, this is a BASIC concept of I.T. management, how can SOE let this kind of disaster happens? In most companies out there, if servers go down this long, people get fired.
