Additional Server Downtime - July 23, 2014

I would like around 15 marks of fury for the daily's in gotham underseige, and for the solos' duos and T6A this is all i would like for the inconvenience. Also i want 1 extra day added to my membership since this is what it cost me

untill the forums say it is up for the most part all the servers are down system jut not refreshed pop low on servers could be like 5 people and that is the admin testing it.

I'm pretty sure they're testing it by putting it on US PS first. see if when people log in the error still occurs... if it doesn't pretty sure the others will get the same treatment shortly. Since Mepps seems to be monitoring this post, if you're on US PS, please also post if you have the same MoT issues or if they seem to have been fixed.

I get it. I'm in QA/IT (20+ years). I understand all the $hit that can happen. But that's why you have a test environment, and a production environment (.. right?!?). If the update worked in your test environment, and now not in your production environment, fire your QA Director. You're really pi$$ing off your most valuable customers... and that's not a good long-term plan...

Call me paranoid, but I'd also like to know generally what went wrong with this update. Like whether it was some software bug or a virus. I'd like to hear "Okay, thanks for waiting, what happened was there was a problem with..." something like that. Put me at ease, y'know?

I would rather the devs keep the worlds down till it works smoothly that way while I'm on everything runs smooth. Devs take your time and work everything out. I'll get my moneys worth if I play now or if I play in two hours.

The screen won't even go past "Validating login." It just shuts the game down by itself. Is this just me or is this due to the maintenance?
