A ''Give League''?

So I've just gotten back on Dcuo and I joined a League...okay so back to the topic. I was doing circles on the watchtower and I happened to read a comment. ''Stop begging whats wrong with you'' and then I read the next comment ''Looking for a Give league''. I had no idea what the **** is a give league so I comment and told him there is no such thing.
So my question is..is there a give league going around please don't indulge selfish people who will take advantage of you. This dude kept at it for 30 minutes.
Yes People sometimes do or give stuff because they feel good or are having a good day but other times they want something in return i.e help look for a collection or help in a raid or just want some company in a duo. There is and I hope no such thing as a Give league. people mistake friendship in a league and see them trading or giving one another stuff but thats because they are friends or are in a giving mood

The only time I give is to my league, and my friends, and to my girlfriend!

Any player/players looking for a "give league" are just looking for handouts. Ive never heard of a give league but i see these people in the WT all day, they beg for $, bits, auras, ect. ect. Its very annoying. Any player i saw begging in our league i would kick instantly. And the people that send me tells begging i just ignore. OP not really sure if a give league is a thing or not, like i said 1rst im hearing bout it and ive been playing for 2 years straight now

yeah, i give them 'hope'. but im just trolling.

I give them a 1 way trip to my iggy list for asking for auras our free mods.

Equipment interface requests I'll give you those if you ask nice

Those players are begging for a place on everyone's ignore list.... they might never notice that though, but complain later about not being heard when they look for groups...

I can't ignore ignorance those player's are so ******* annoying. Their cheap cause don't they waste their own lousy money. I would trade stuff for a collection or a style but I would never ask repeatedly for one to be handed over for me.

I hate beggers in dcuo it's that black and white for me. There is no shade of grey when it comes to them

I'm going to say that he was using predictive text and hit give instead of good, that's my hope anywho!

This game has somany bums, its not even funny. i can just be standing there and get a /tell by some random asking me for stuff..like seriously..

Now im a generous player, and i have given much away, but never to someone who begs for it...i just choose some random(usually a low lvl) and open trade and drop abunch of lockbox styles on them and plans i dont need..and then im on my way with a smile and a cleared out inventory

when I hear give league I think of 2 things tbh

1) a league that is given to someone / made for someone who is either f2p or premium that cant make their own leagues

or

2) someone wants a league to join that gives them free things lol

in most cases in the OP the person you were speaking about was more then likely wanting #2 sadly as most ppl want things free all the time nowadays. Rather its aura's, SP, gear, friends, leagues you name it they want it free and little effort on their part.

He/She may not be this. but it comes off as he/she is a freeloader..

I've done the same and to this day do the same, with VI expert plans and lock box styles, auras you name it.


if I run into a T1 person I'll ask if they want a aura + some styles. them give em a bunch of other crap along with it lol

b/c they dont sell for anything nowadays on brokers so its pointless to sell them

I have no idea what a give league is. I know for my league it is all about the league and helping players gear up and improve SP. It is about forming a in game friendship and building sort of a in game family. Having fun, laughing and just enjoying your time in the game.

When is a league not a league?
