So I've been thinking about a few ideas on things that could be cool for the devs to add. I do think new powers would be cool but I don't want to get into that here. While I have a few ideas for new iconic powers, most of my ideas are more cosmetic. So here it is 1. I think the devs should either add in more iconic hoodie styles or a single hoodie that we can add emblems too. I also think a beanie collection, similar to the baseball caps, could be added as well. For those of us who want to keep it casual 2. I think a Giganta iconic power could work. I'm not a game developer but maybe if we had a power that makes our character twice as big and gives us a strength/damage output boost 3. This may be a weird one but what if we could get character tokens similar to pet tokens for the base? Like we could have an iconic character who hangs out in your base. Maybe if you can interact with them they could say something or give you a gift or something Anyways these were just some off hand ideas. Rip them apart and tell me how dumb I am
Actually the ideas are quite nice and refreshing to see on the forums. 1. This could be added as new vault drops. Something to keep the vault interesting and worth running again. 2. I'm not a dev so I don't no if they have the tech or if It's possible, but a trinket would be cool for sure. 3. I would love to have Donna, Cassie, Hippolyta and Diana walking in my Amazon inspired base. lol I'm still waiting for Ace the bat-hound!!
1. yeah, sure. why not? 2. nice idea, but probably difficult to implement without having to resize the area in three quarters of the game's content. 3. again, yeah, sure. all for it. I'd like a Rip Hunter who just appears at random in your base, looks around a bit puzzled, punches something into a doodat in his hand, & disappears again without a word. I'd like a Phantom Stranger reading a book I could pop in front of my mysterious shelves. or! how about a Deadman floating around your base that only you can see?
I'm totally on board for number 3!! I've been crying out for placeable NPCs as base items for YEARS! I've seen some people have Ambush Bug in their base (and I have no idea where to get him from...) so I know it's possible. I don't know why the devs haven't done it yet! I'd love to have the Justice League standing around a table in my league hall, or John Constantine in my 'Magic Shop' base I've built on a Zatanna character. I like to build bases that feel 'populated' (pubs, space ships, museums, shops etc), but they always feel lifeless without people in there. It would be nice to populate them a bit! I like the idea of NPCs that come and go too. It would cool if Batman turns up, looks around for a bit, then zip-lines outta there lol (basically the same animation as the trinket)
