Fixed 3 account losed all my characters!!!!

    Dc, i'm very very dissapointed i losed all my characters on 3 differant accounts on EU PC.
    Not sure what you guys done but this is the most terrible act ever.
    I hope you going to fix this ASAP.

    Can you just double check your launcher is set to log into the EU world, and not the US world?

    I double checked.
    I was on Eu.
    Swapped Us hit apply.
    Swapped back to EU hit apply.
    Now launcher wont even start the game anymore.
    Not sure whats going on.
