Alright to start off, I'm not sure if these are really bugs. If they aren't, they should probably be fixed. I made a new villain alt (Joker Mentored) and I notice after the first mission when you return back to the safehouse there is the man who gives you the brainiac mission. When you talk to him, it updates your journal to talk to him again? I don't think this is a bug and it isn't a big deal to me but why not fix it so it doesn't look stupid as I thought it was. The other thing I noticed is that maybe these two side-missions should be swapped. When you reach the part of the Bane mission where you collect from the razors, there is a side mission in the area that is for distribution center (I think that's the name. The one where you talk to killer croc at the end) and then right next to the entrance, you get a side-mission to gather hopper venom injectors. Anyone else think these two should be swapped? It again isn't a big deal but you expect to be done but then you get near the entrance and have to go back and kill more hoppers than you already need to when you could have gotten it all done at once.
