    I've noticed the same which is really a shame, when players have to work extra hard for PvP gear.

    Yep.

    We grind all the way to 101 PVP CR...just to struggle against or get outright stomped my PVE geared players in Open World.

    PVE gear should be nowhere near as powerful as PVP gear in VS Player situations.
    The power of PVP gear in CR Buffed areas is exactly how it should feel everywhere (Excluding PVE queued instances of course).

    Dueling/Turning on your PVP Flag only in CR Buffed areas is a nice work around until they eventually fix it.

    It does feel really cool taking on 4-5 PVE players at once. Makes me feel like an mini boss. XD

    PvE players are going to be soo Advance when upcoming Episodes come out, PvP gear will eventually become 100% obsolete.:rolleyes:
