Brand new player/hero! Suggest me a powerset

By the way, one hint that took me a long time to learn: As the weapons use Right and left click and combos, the combos are not quick sequences input to give you an automatic move, but rather you must follow the speed of your weapon to input the combos.

If you want to make an Electric character (great choice btw) don't buy the powerset, it's better to subscribe for a month, you will keep the toon after it expires and you will get some other advantages.
