I was showing someone what the benefits of the Clarion was and he wanted to know what the difference in stats were. I checked my stats and gave him the prec and resto numbers. Then I hit my weapon buff power (carnage in this case) and the prec number increased but the resto numbers did not. I thought maybe there was a nerfing while in damage stance so I switched to healer. Same thing happened.
The Clarion is not supposed to increase your Restoration when using your weapon buff, that increases the healing and damage done and grants the ability to proc the shield.
Are you sure about that? When I was checking the numbers when it first came out, when ai applied the weapons buff, the restoration numbers increased.
