It's been set up as an Iconic Weapon drop from Warden Lois Lane in a future chase item weekend (not the one that starts tomorrow).
Guess I'll have to use a temporary rifle in the meantime, though I'm not sure what will look decent. The Future Warden Outfit itself reminds me of Metro and Halo. I like it.
