Anomaly, Temporal Extortion, Singularity, Warp Barrage, Quantum Tunneling, Event Horizon.

Yes. Thats the base or "Meta" buff troll.

Ideally you can enhance it further by using Nubia with her passive stat buff on enemy deaths and the finisher debuff passive from Batman who laughs. For Batman who laughs passive you should drop the heal debuff and replace it with your finisher since its rarely needed.

Recommend changing singularity for tachyon blast. Singularity is great for cc, but many tanks are going to get annoyed if you are moving their piles. Tach blast has no cc effects so you can run full troll gear without issues. You just need to be aware of when to use you sc generator. That artifact loadout is fine for might groups
