Please dev, review the "overview" in DC the current state of overviews must not remain so! - remove the black background that prevents to see some things or some parts of the object. - Allow full rotation of the object. - Possibly think of an isometric style of view for the presentation of the object. It's not to be mean, but the current state of the thing, makes it quite incompetent, I don't understand why it hasn't been corrected for all this time, the mistakes made on it, are still glaring!
Im pretty sure you mean "Preview" and not overview? Black background is actually best to see edges and true colors unless the object is very dark. The full rotation makes sense but i guess its bound to the style preview on broker currently and not the base item specific preview wich allows full rotaion like in decoration mode.
