Ok, I have three main toons. On my primary, I got the Static Goggles and ramped them up to top level. On my other two alts, I never even tried to level the Goggles. Today I get FREE style upgrades to Goggle...on the two toons who don't have leveled Goggles. On the one where I leveled them, I got zip. Is the "Overcharged" just a style I can use but not an actual armor piece or what? Confused.
You get an extra goggle style once you max out the OP item. That style can be unlocked for replay badges. Most enhanced styles have no replay badge cost attached to them.
Yeah, never mind...it's not an upgrade to the armor, it's just a style if I want to put Static's look on the toons. Was confused.
