Someone help explain?

    I have the source marks and cash, but a vendor is still red. What am I missing??? I am level 30, everything on the items is in green, meaning its able to be used, but the vendor is red and fails.

    What are you trying to buy? Some rewards are restricted if you don't have an active membership or don't own an episode.

    To add on to this, vendors are also CR locked. If you just hit level 30 for example you can't just go and buy Tier 4 gear from the Magic Wing.
