    Well with the twitter post I say its going to be Lobo and he will have a dual melee weapon drop and single because I have never seen his hooks held by a character before.

    I wouldn’t have thought it'd be Lobo. There’s no precedent for an instance boss being an added bounty and only once was an instance boss a bounty at all, that being Mammoth in Titans. Given this I’m not sure why Amazo has been a popular guess.
