    I've thought the same thing myself. I used to think it was the Flash in an off-brand costume on my Avatar at first, but there is a different Flash that is definitely him. Just figured this was another generic guy.

    I agree. When you do a Google search of the image's web address then select images, most of the images that pop up are Firestorm related.
