So I arrived home this morning from work at 1 am , I’m about to flop on my couch and login to the game . I noticed my 16 gallon aquarium is half empty, I rush over to investigate and I’m thinking first are my fish ok and second oh no my carpet. Thankfully I’m able to transfer all my fish into my large aquarium , the floor is a little damp but I’m thinking most of it evaporated during the day . My biggest nightmare is my 40 gallon tank leaking out while I’m at work .
That's unfortunate, and I'm sorry about your clownfish. But how does an aquarium leak exactly? Was it like a defect or something?
Thx unfortunately it’s 2 fish now, after some investigation and testing I found out something blocked the filter and it started leaking water over the side . The icing on the cake is my maintenance man just came by because someone complained about wet carpet in the apartment under mine .
