Hidden atlantis race?

A friend told me about this - Once you phase into this location a race appears and then disappears....Maybe the devs can chime in on this.

OMG...That will be so cool if It's planned...but seems more like a bug

as much as i hate races its actually a very good idea.

Seems like a no-brainer with new swimming mode. Changing things up a bit, having the mid-episode new stuff be rewarded by the race?

I would love to see new races every now and then. Cool emblems, maybe feats, it would be awesome!

Would give added value to those augments that give a slight increase to swimming speed at first breakthrough.
