Mepps, you missed a question in the chat before shutting the stream off, not sure if maybe you answered it after the end, I was busy logging back into the game... Is the cloak tintable?
Is the cloak "material-able"? In other words can you put a material on it or is it not recommended, like the Vortex back styles from last TC and JQ back style.
I kinda like the Lazarus Water Pit artifact, but because I already have two good ones, I cant use it because we only have 2 artifact slots available.
