    Ah yes, can't forget to work in the "throw money at content for faster progression" mechanic. At least the paying "all access" members only have to wait 4 months to save enough marketplace cash to buy one of these packs..

    Starheart is giving healers a 4% precision buff. Is this intended? It certainly does not make sense. Should be a 4% restoration buff.
