Where do I get these without 150 mill in game lol. Is it just in the capsules we get and rnd it. Or is there any that drop from boss or mission specific? Been gone 3 years came back last week and seems most people I see use them. Many thanks for positive replies.
Via collections that drop in the Capsules. The chances of you completing the collection without spending hundreds of real cash on stabilisers are slim to none. You can do that or make enough money in game to buy them outright.

If u didnt know there is a duo under the event tab that gives ya key fragments. Legendary players get 2 free keys every 5 days. Ya never know ya might get lucky.
