Mp cash not showing

I am also experiencing this issue with MP Cash purchased late last night / early this morning.

Oh i see and I've already submitted a Support Ticket including screenshots of the receipts of my purchase which they did replied back to me but they still haven't fixed the issue and it's making me more frustrated and upset. I need to restore my deleted main character called GokuFullSaiyan before its permanently gone within 90 days.

Yeah according to what i was told in their reply Yesterday of my Support Ticket that i submitted' I was told and i quote" We do hope to have this resolved today or tomorrow at the latest as we do consider it an urgent matter.
Rest assured it will not take 90 days for your cash to arrive. The development team will update the in-game message of the day once the marketplace issue is resolved.

It's upsetting and frustrating when those technical difficulties causes delays on granting what i purchased which am still waiting for them to grant what i purchased. Issues like this discourages me to think about not investing money on the game anymore after i restore my main character back.

Don't spend any cash yet, people are still not getting what was purchased.

This isn't a new bug, in the past it has taken up to 48 hrs for a purchased LM ( and other MP items) to actually show up granting the privileges paid for, I will have to admit I still received the "time/item" paid for after the long wait. If the shoe was on the other foot I believe things would be handled differently.

I payed for 2000 marketplace cash an haven't received it yet I tryed to open a support ticket but don't know how I'm on Daybreak an still don't see it anywhere

It's very negligent how little they are keeping us updated on this.. especially considering this has to do with real money.. they need to disable the MP until they fix this.

I'm currently downloading an update of the game at this point in time which i hope that fixes the problem that am having with the Marketplace cash.

It finished updating but it still hasn't fix the Marketplace cash problem. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr !
