Downtime Server Downtime - April 12, 2016 - Status Update

    Hi all,

    First, we want to thank you for your patience with the server stability issues we have experienced over the last few days. We are very sorry for the downtime and for how long the problem has persisted. We are continuing to work on the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

    Later today, we will bring the servers down for a planned maintenance that will allow us to enable Episode 23, publish the bug fixes from last week (including fixes for voice chat) that were un-published Sunday as part of our troubleshooting efforts, and deploy more tools so that we can better track down the overall issue.

    Additionally, we will implement a slightly lower than usual population cap, so you may temporarily see the login queue more frequently than you are used to. (Remember, members have login priority over paying non-members, who have priority over free players.) We will raise the cap as possible as we monitor for stability.

    Keep an eye here on the announcements forum for additional updates as they are available.

    All servers will be taken offline at 2:45PM PDT (11:45PM CEST) on April 12, 2016, for scheduled maintenance. Downtime may last up to two hours.

    Anyone else still having issues with audio in the game? Or their settings only showing 4 tabs? Or not detecting your controller on PC?

    Your setting file have become corrupted by the update. That is a local problem on your PC.

    Rename, move or delete the SaveData folder in
    My Document / My Games / DC Universe Online
    Then do Vallidate Game Assets.

    What this will do is to reset your settings to default. If you want to keep your screenshots, then you better move the folder.

    Also Mepps, the R&D archives seem to not save in the archive tab. Everything go back to the default tab after closing the game and relog. Hope you can look into it soon.
