For the past couple of days the DB tech team have been working with me furiously and getting back to me sometimes within minutes with new ideas and nothing seems to be working. Launchpad still crashes after a couple of minutes of installing. I've been attached to Tech Gary B and I can't say enough about this guy. We're still working together as I type this.

Glad you're being helped. Have you tried a clean boot as part of the process?

But seriously, I hope you get your problem figured out and decide to resub. Good luck.

    Not yet Seth.

I thought I had it fixed and resubbed so right now I'm losing money.

If you two run out of ideas, I can throw some your way. I've been troubleshooting Windows/software related issues for several years. I was a Microsoft MVP in 2013 and 2014.

Only time I ever had a tech issue with DCUO, that's what the tech had me do, and it solved it, and enabled me to find the issue. Highly recommend it!

Did he check to see if it's plugged in?

Clean boot failed to fix the issue. Still crashes.

Anything interesting in your event viewer logs for the crashes?

Nah, you need 'DCGame.exe' or similar. Try opening Application under Windows Logs and hitting CTRL + F. Type in DCGame.exe to find errors with that application. I had one yesterday... Something similar to this:

Sorry, you actually should follow my instructions in the preceding post, but search for 'LaunchPad.exe' without the single quotes.

You should also try "GameLauncher' (again, without the single quotes).

There was nothing under these 2.

Closer, but I realized after posting that is the game itself. You mentioned issues with the launcher, or LaunchPad.exe and GameLauncher.

We need to see if either of those lists a trigger. They probably won't, but I'd rather see before providing additional steps.

Okay, in that case, I'll need some more info. Is your system Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10?
