It says "Subdue and scan greedy Green Lanterns" but the issue is I've been flying around the highlighted area the mission tells me to hang around and not one Greedy Green Lantern has shown themselves. I've seen about 100 greedy Sinestro Corp members but no Green Lanterns. This appears to be a bug.
I just completed that mission today and though it is not bugged, the spawn time on the greedy green lanterns was about 15 mins each one. Should be looked into.

The issue was looked into and closed, but it's definitely not the same as it used to be.
