Frenzy.

    I don't see this power in alot of Rage DPS builds. Can anyone tell my why? The whole combo easily does over 1000 (CR 89) without any plasma burn and much more with the plasma burn. It seems like a relatively good skill.

    It's slow and takes a completed 5 hit combo to maximize it's damage. Also it requires you to be in melee range where there are much better alternatives such as outrage.

    Thanks for the answer. I always knew it was slow but I didn't think it was slow enough where the damage didn't make up for it. Thanks.
