Winter Ward: Aggro

    I saw someone said that this shield for ice drops aggro and i didnt believe it until after watching several ice tanks using it and a leaguemate noticing too.

    Is this a bug?
    If so. can it be fixed?

    No need to be sorry, it's unfortunate that it is broken, so best not to use it regularly. Else-wise ice tanking is fine (in comparison to any other tanking class)
