    You don't get WM crit bonus on MT, but you will still get the crit bonus for other powers while MT is going.

    This is correct.

    Nothing stops you from using other powers in the critical window, following up with mass terror, then resuming another combo though.

    It hasnt had it from day 1. We all thought it was an oversight or related to the power mechanic, but it turns out it wasn't.

    Like others said, it doesnt work like Nature/Electricity DOTs where it overwrites the WM crit window though.
    Phantom Flames only has a burning DOT which can be overwritten by any other power that uses burning (most mental controllers, all fire players, gadgets, etc). You're not wrong, but PF is used primarily for its burst.

    Just so people know (I'm sure you already do, so this isn't directed at you Greenman_x), if you use Mass Terror and then hit Phantom Flames for your burst damage with Weapon Mastery, Phantom Flames hits even harder due to the terrorize nature of Mass Terror. It's a great PI/burst setup.

    Also, PF is a target-based AoE dot while MT is a user-based AoE dot. If you're in troller role, Thought Bubble also becomes an AoE dot. ;p

    Has anyone wemt str8 prec with mental is so how is it? Im all might 5320 prec 1500 and. My tics hits and crits hard with my powers but my weapon hits weak
