Honestly I never got the reason for CR scaling. it seemed to once again rewarded the "lazy". DC tries too hard sometimes to "casualize" this...
i doubt it because SP Stats are small individually to see even a small difference requires a great deal of a SP gap. Now in terms of (might)...
