    Dub EL is the older brother of Jor EL and Zor EL. Unlike his younger brothers, Dub EL joined the Military guild of Krypton, but not unlike them he too climbed to the top of his field. Many years before Zod, Dub EL was then general of Krypton's army until one day someone murdered his wife and unborn child. He was so distraught about there death and the feeling that his position as General that when he didn't want to go on. Around this time, his brother Jor EL had developed the ultimate prison that we have come to know as the Phantom Zone. Every prison needs a warden, so as a way of punishing himself he volunteered for the job. This was how he felt he could continue his duty to Krypton and not put anyone else in the crosshairs of his enemies. Years after he entered the Phantom Zone, it was discovered that the man that succeeded him as General was infact behind the death of his family. The man behind that plot was Zod. Using the Phantom Window, Jor EL broke the news to Dub, letting him know that if convicted, Zod and his crew would become the newest inmates in "The Zone". As record shows, Zod and his team were convicted and sent to "The Zone". During their time in the prison, Dub EL swore to make their lives a living hell for all of eternity.
    Fast forward to the modern day and the world is being attacked by Brainiac and Lex Luthor has released General Zod from the Phantom Zone. Upon learning of the escape, Dub EL used the exit that was built into the Phantom Zone that only his DNA could open and released himself to fullfill his job. After Leaving "The Zone" in search of Zod, he learned the fate of Krypton and his brothers and that his Niece and Nephew have become two of Earth's greatest heroes. Dub has found new purpose in life as he has connected with Kal EL and Kara ZorEL during his quest to banish Zod and his minions back to the Phantom Zone. Dub has decided to also adopt Earth as his new home like Kal & Kara did before him.
    Because of his extended time in the Phantom Zone, Dub EL's Body was weakened enough that he was effected by the Exobytes that Luthor released on the planet. Dub EL now has a hybrid of a powers. He has the ability of flight and super strength along with the ability to manipulate nature thanks to the Exobytes. Although he was offered a place in the Justice League, He decided to step back and form his own League along with a couple of Exobyte infused heroes Named Heavensent and Courage. Their League, Crimson Prophecy, have sworn to protect Earth and help the Justice League or anyone else that is in need.
