    Movement Modes:
    Speedster

    • Superspeed: Dash Attack is now a 25% supercharge, prevents damage for a short time and applies the breakout effect.

    Powers:

    • Updated the text in the Fire, Ice, and Earth trait trees to reflect that you receive 100% increase in Dominance when in Tank Role.

    Fire

    • Fixed an issue with Meteor Strike that could cause the meteor to spawn under the ground if the target was standing below the lip of higher terrain.
    • Flashpoint's description has changed to clarify when the power interaction takes effect.

    Gadget

    • Suppressor Turret now uses the same animation as the Sentry and Warden Turret.

    PvP:
    Arena PVP

    • The Metropolis and Gotham City Police Departments are conducting a joint investigation in an effort to locate the missing Green Barrels from several locations in the Arenas.
    • The cowering NPCs from each Safe House will now only speak with you once every 6 seconds. It's not that they don't trust you, it's just that...well okay, it IS that they don't trust you.

    Australia

    • Players that are members of the Suicide Squad/Task Force X will no longer be affected by Encasements/Knockbacks activated by their own team.

    The Pit

    • Green Ivy Seeds no longer damage allies.

    General PvP

    • Players who die in PVP but do not pick a rally point within 30 seconds will be auto warped back to their starting point.
    • Players who linger in the safe spawn areas will be kicked from PVP Arenas.
    • Power up barrels found in the Headquarters PvP maps will no longer display interpenetrating effects.
    • Resolved an issue where players on Suicide Squad orTask Force X would not receive quest updates for Legends: Ace Chemicals, Legends: Arkham Asylum, Legends: Batcave.

    Legends PVP

    • Catwoman's Surprise Attack visual effects will no longer last for an entire match.
    • Updated Power Girl and Ursa's Thermal Gaze the second hold range attack in the combo string to be a block breaker and vulnerable to interrupt and increased the damage from the Burning power interaction. It is also easier to combo into Thermal Gaze from Thermal Blast.

    Raids:
    Fortress of Solitude: The Chasm

    • Should Superman or Lex get weak in the knees following the Broodmother battle and not open the door it will eventualy open on its own so you can continue.

    UI:

    • Fixed an issue that could cause the incorrect number of skill points to be returned when resetting skill points if they had been partially spent in a multi-point trait.
    • Collections, Breifings, and Investigations UI has been improved. Players will now be able to open the UI to see which collections have recently been updated. This will only persist until viewed or the current session ends.


    Visual:

    • When encased, the camera now tracks the encasement better.
    • When encased and smashed, the camera now tracks the smashed player better.
    • The fly text for damage done by Battle Drone now displays as the proper color.
    • Phantom Stranger has found the cape he had misplaced.
    • The Kryptonian Medico style will no longer display clipping in the neck area for certain body types.

    Weapons:

    • The lunge attacks for the following weapons should now more reliably damage opponents who are fleeing or near maximum range.

    Fourth DLC Pack, “The Last Laugh,” Features Large-Scale Multiplayer Combat, New Light-Powered Legends Characters and an All-New Weapon
    SAN DIEGO, Calif. – May 8, 2012 – The battle between heroes and villains in DC Universe™ Online (DCUO) continues as Sony Online Entertainment LLC (SOE) today announced that The Last Laugh, the fourth downloadable content (DLC) pack for DCUO, will be available in June for download on the PC and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. The Last Laugh will pit players against each other in high-intensity multiplayer brawls, feature an all-new weapon, and introduce new Light-Powered Legends PvP characters.
    “We created this DLC purely for the players that like to take the fight to each other in DCUO's amazing PvP combat," said Jens Andersen, creative director on DC Universe Online. "Our community has continuously asked for more multiplayer action in DCUO, and we wanted to deliver content that fully meets their expectations and pushes PvP to another level. The Last Laugh is the first DLC that we've created that focuses almost entirely on player versus player battles, and it adds an exciting new element as some of DC's greatest heroes and villains join to fight alongside you. Players will have even more opportunities to prove to the world whether heroes or villains will be triumphant."

    The Last Laugh will include an all-new weapon, hours of multiplayer gameplay in the Safe Houses and Headquarters, and new Legends PvP characters:

    • The Shield – Players can unleash this vicious new weapon to bash their opponents, or hurl it to take them down from a distance.
    • Safe House Battles – No one is safe now that heroes and villains can invade each other’s Safe Houses in these four on four battles.
    • Graviton Technology Recovery – Players will be tasked with retrieving cutting-edge technology from the hero or villain safe houses. It's a mad dash to grab the most graviton singularity capsules!
    • The Rescue – Heroes must rescue hostages, while Villains will be freeing arrested criminals from opposing Safe Houses.
    • Bomb Disposal – Stockpiles of explosives have been remotely armed by a mischievous third party! Players must gain control of the Bomb Squad's mech and either neutralize the bombs or use them for dastardly purposes!
    • Headquarter Battles – In this two-part crusade, 16 players – eight heroes and eight villains – will face off for the ultimate player reward. At the request of Superman, heroes must take over the Hall of Doom, while villains, egged on by The Joker, will breach the Watchtower in order to create chaos.
    • Legends Characters – Combat illuminates with the introduction of the first light-powered Legends for multiplayer combat. Players will soon have access to Kilowog, a Green Lantern, and Amon Sur, a member of the Sinestro Corps.
    DCUO’s The Last Laugh DLC pack will be accessible for free for the game’s Legendary members and available for purchase for Free and Premium players via the PlayStation®Network in-game Marketplace, and on the PC via the DCUniverseOnline.com website.

    All servers will be offline Monday, 06.04.12, beginning at 8:00 AM PDT (3:00 PM GMT) to launch Game Update 14. Downtime is expected to last about 4 hours.
    Please note also that the Spring event will end Monday, and that Marks of Conquest can only be used for Tokens of Merit after Game Update 14 is live.
    Players may notice the following changes:


    Spring Exit
    Springtime has come and gone in DC Universe Online, taking Poison Ivy, Swamp Thing, and all sorts of allergens with them (hopefully).
    Task Force X & Suicide Squad PvP Matchmaking
    Prepare to be enlisted by Amanda Waller into Task Force X and the Suicide Squad, the black ops division of her agency! Under Waller’s directive, heroes and villains can be placed on the same team in PvP Arenas.
    The PvP Matchmaking system has been updated to always try to place you with members of the same alignment (Heroes with Heroes and Villains with Villains) but when the PvP Matchmaking system runs out of options, it will allow for players to be temporarily assigned to a team with the opposing alignment until the PvP match is over.
    Suicide Squad (Villains) or Task Force X (Heroes) is defaulted to “on” for players and players can opt out of this by going to their Gameplay Settings under Options in their UI. Options >-Settings->Gameplay->Enable Task Force X or Suicide Squad.
    Promethium Lockboxes: “The New 52” inspired by Gear and Auras!
    We’ve added new items to Promethium Lockboxes! Now you can collect new Gear Set style items inspired by DC Comics “The New 52.” We’ve also added seven different color Auras that your character can now wear as an Accessory!

    Alerts:
    •Exits in Alerts will now show up properly on the map and radar.
    Ace Chemicals
    •Resolved various issues in Ace Chemicals that caused Boss Fight Lockouts, Door Issues and other inconsistencies.
    •Mad Duncan and Rinty will now shut the door regardless of what trickery is attempted.
    Bludhaven
    •Players will now be prompted with a message to "Leave Bludhaven" after they have defeated Chemo.
    Collections & Investigations:
    •Gorilla Bombs Components: Players should now be able to access all Gorilla Bomb Component Investigations.
    •Adjusted gold collections in Otisburg, Gotham where the gold collection icon was sticking into the ground.
    Combat:
    •Players may cancel into a Block after weak tap melee attacks much more quickly than before.
    •Block now has a minimum 0.5 second hold time. Players may still instantly cancel into a Dodge Roll from a Block.
    •Players can act after breaking out more quickly than before.
    •Controllers:
    oPowers that de-buff damage now also remove the Damage role buff. This affects the following powers:
    •Light: Grasping Hand and Light Weight.
    •Gadgets: Sleep Dart and Gag Glove.
    •Mental: Cryokinesis and Terrorize.
    Feats:
    •Offline Expert: Fixed an issue that would cause some Turrets in the Batcave PVP Instances to not count toward the Offline Expert Feat.
    •"Parts Direct" and "Master of Disassembly" are now 3-star feats.
    General:
    •Doors in the distance now update when they open or close rather than waiting until players approach them.
    •Miscellaneous environment art fixes throughout the world.
    •Miscellaneous visual effects and animation optimizations.
    Iconic NPCs:
    Killer Croc
    •Killer Croc now has swoosh visual effects with his melee attacks.
    •Killer Croc's ground smash visual effects timing will now align with the animation.
    •Killer Croc's roar will actually roar and breathe his “croc” breath all over you.
    Black Canary
    •Black Canary will actually stun her targets when she uses her Sonic Stun attack
    •Black Canary’s Sonic Blast will now have the chance to pull in more than one opponent, but the player will now be able to dodge/breakout from the attack.
    •Black Canary has less tolerance for plinkers and will shout until they are pulled close.
    Missions:
    •Exploration: Meta Hero players are now sent to the Exploration Quest closest to home first (Queensland Boardwalk) before being sent to explore elsewhere.
    •Central City: Fixed issue where quest givers would go on coffee break and come back in 2 minutes. They should return immediately.
    Lunar Eclipse
    •The treasure chest that was previously unreachable by villains has been moved to a new location in the same room and can now be seen and reached.
    •Various changes made to the Zatanna/Etrigan fight to ensure Etrigan shows up to fight.
    Powers:
    General
    •Fixed an issue that caused certain abilities to deactivate others in unexpected ways (i.e. Galvanize or Poison Spore was stomping on Electrogenesis).
    •Fixed an issue where the following single target pull powers would be able to pull more than one NPC.

    •Teams should now be more evenly matched when queuing for an arena.
    •S.T.A.R. Labs: Capture nodes will now stay active for a longer period of time and it is now possible for three nodes to be active at once.
    •All arenas now use a base 1000 point system for consistency.
    •Multiple Arenas have had their time changed to 15 mins and their scoring updated as follows:

    oPlayers will no longer be able to deal damage once the match objective has been completed.
    oAdded a “Leave Arena” option to the quick menu UI.
    General PvP
    •Fixed an issue where block breakers would cause a player to be KO'd at the end of a duel.
    •Corrected an issue that could cause you to be unable to move or attack after recovering from a counter attack knockdown.
    •PvP Influence now has a cap of 25,000.
    •Marks of Conquest have been phased out and replaced by Marks of Tactics
    •All PvP items that used to be purchasable with Marks of Conquest are now purchasable with Marks of Tactics at a reduced cost.
    •An additional Mark of Tactics or Mark of Legend can now be earned once per week the first time you win a PvP Arena or Legends match.
    •The weapons previously available from the Diamond Heist and Metropolis Ring War events are now available on PvP Vendors in the Safehouses.
    •Metropolis Ring War: The Mission and Event will now remain in sync with each other and not give conflicting Lantern counts.

    •Renamed the "Eyes" category in the Style menu to "Face" since there are many varieties of Styles to collect for this slot.
    •Completed feats should no longer display an incorrect objective count.
    •Quick Menu: Selection no longer leaps to the top of the menu when backing out a menu level.
    •Added a new chat tab for non-English languages.
    •Adjusted the default chat channel colors.
    •A /tell now shows the correct color for the sender.
    •Inventory: Items may now be deleted by dragging and dropping outside of the UI
    •Bank: Items may now be deleted by dragging and dropping outside of the UI

    Weapons:
    Dual Pistols
    •Sweep Shot is now vulnerable to block AND interrupts instead of being vulnerable to interrupt.
    Martial Arts
    •Nature powered characters will now see visual effects when using Heavy Shuriken, Shuriken Storm, and Enhanced Shuriken.
    Shield
    New Shield weapons start dropping in anticipation of DLC4 “The Last Laugh”.

    All servers will be offline tomorrow, 05.09.12, beginning at 8:00 AM PDT (3:00 PM GMT) to launch Game Update 13. Downtime is anticipated to be less than 4 hours. Players may notice the following changes:

    Spring is in the air!Poison Ivy is back to wreak havoc on the people of Gotham's allergies... only it's much worse than that. Luckily for the innocents, Swamp Thing has returned to help thwart Poison Ivy's plans. Villains can learn more about Poison Ivy’s plans by speaking to her in the Hall of Doom’s Pit, while Heroes can speak to Swamp thing in the Watchtower’s Aquacultural Area to help bring down Ivy and her minions.
    Tokens of Merit!
    Tokens of Merit vendors are now available and can be found in the Watchtower War Room and the Hall of Doom Pit areas. Players can purchase Tokens of Merit with all existing Marks and Seasonal Currencies. The Tokens of Merit can be consumed to gain new Tokens of Merit Feats, which means more skill points to make you a more powerful force in the DC Universe!

    DCUO Raid Teleporters!
    We have added teleporters outside the boss fights for Raids, where applicable, to allow players an extra 15 seconds to enter the boss fights after the door closes.

    Purchasing the DLC just got easier!
    Players can now purchase any DLC content they do not have by selecting it during character create in the Inspired By section or by selecting a Power they do not have access to yet!

    Collections Update!
    Listen Up! We’ve updated our Collections system to give players an enriched experience with Investigations and Briefs! We’ve added new audio effects to the voice recordings of Collections to exhibit the source of the recording; from CB radio, to TV, to Satellite, even magically transmitted recordings! There is also a new UI element to reflect the newly processed transmission with special icons in the Communicator window. We will be adding more enhanced audio to our Collections in future updates, so keep your ears open!

    Alerts:
    Area 51

    • Defeating the Prime Servitor in Area 51 on normal difficulty will no longer show a loot lock for the Hard Mode Alert.
    • Exit Locations are now properly labeled on the Map and Minimap UI.
    Bludhaven
    • New advances in toxins ensure pools spilling from Toxic Chemical barrels will only cause chemical burns to enemies.
    S.T.A.R. Labs
    • Players will now receive a Mission Objective message when the Alert is complete directing them to exit S.T.A.R. Labs.
    Audio:
    • The Voice Over in DC Universe Online now has a priority system! Voice Over will now play without stacking up, so you can hear Iconic communicator messaging without being interrupted by vendor or collections Voice Over.
    Currency:
    Marks

    • All “Marks” earned through PvE, PvP and Seasonal Content are now capped at 250. If you have 250 or more marks stored on your character, the number in the currencies tab will appear in red. You will be unable to earn more marks of that type until you reduce the number to below the cap.
    Duos:
    Gotham Hospital

    • Guardian MK-IV’s shotgun attack has been adjusted to spread the damage more evenly between melee and ranged targets. Melee range targets will see reduced damage from this attack, while ranged targets will have more to actively avoid.
    • Turrets during the boss encounter have had their damage reduced, and will now choose more random targets.
    Gotham University
    • When defeated, Isis has agreed to always return to dust and bone.
    Riverfront Center
    • Guardian MK-XXII’s Healer drones now have a 3 second gap between appearing, instead of all 3 at the same time.
    Feats:
    • Assembly Line and Entering Mass Production now award the correct amount of feat points when completed.
    General:

    • Flame Cascade and Fireburst should now perform their Power interactions correctly, dealing additional damage to Burning, Electrified, or Frostbitten targets.

    PVP:
    • Counter Attack Immunity: Performing a successful Block Break, Interrupt or Block Counter will now grant you a short respite during which you cannot be damaged, controlled or counter-attacked. Counter Attack Immunity will be indicated by a blue flash, instead of the normal white breakout flash.
    • PvP weapons no longer de-buff an opponent’s Toughness.
    • Blue quality level 30 PvP starter weapons now add a Precision bonus when used in PvP to give them an effective DPS value of 87.5 when used against players.
    • PvP armor no longer has the Defense stat.
    • PvP armor now offers less Toughness and more Health. Tank armor has more Toughness than non-Tank armor. Toughness values have been generally reduced overall, but survivability when wearing PvP armor has been increased due to the Health increase.
    • Tank anti-controller de-buff protection and group Breakout effects now last three seconds and may only be applied a maximum of twice every 12 seconds. This affects the following abilities:
    Earth: Unstoppable and Crystal’s De-buff Protection
    Fire: Burning Determination and Burnout
    Ice: Winter Ward and Shatter Restraints.

    • Controller healing de-buff powers now also strip normal power over time effects applied by controllers. This affects the following abilities: Pyrokinesis, Horrific Visage, Cryo-foam, Bomb and Snap Trap.

    • Increased the damage of a minimally charged Batarang Flurry for Batman and Robin.

    New Bank UI!
    We’ve improved the overall look and feel of our Bank UI. Along with better manageability and messaging, the Shared Bank is now located on its own tab. Players also now have the flexibility to split stacks of items within the Bank UI that they once only had within their Inventory.

    We’ve also included the ability to quick swap items into your Bank or Shared Bank! With one click (right mouse button) you can instantly move items over without the need to pick items up and drag them to an empty space.
    Purchase Character Slots in Character Select!
    Want to create your Alter Ego? Now you can! Players now have the ability to add new character slots right in Character Select! The “Add Character Slots” button is located below the Character List on the Character Selection Screen.

    Alert Teleporters!
    We have added teleporters outside the boss fights for Alerts, where applicable, to allow players an extra 15 seconds to enter the boss fights after the boss fight door closes.

    The Gates of Tartarus - Stop Brainiac’s latest deadly plan on Wonder Woman’s home island. Look for “Battle for Themyscira” in your Mission Journal.
    The Prime Battleground - Engage in the ultimate final battle against Brainiac and his Prime Avatars! Look for “The Omega and the Alpha” in your Mission Journal.
    Earth Powers!
    Choose Earth as your power type or choose “Geo-Force” or “Terra” if you want to be "inspired.” Earth powers can be used for both Tanking and Damage roles and have two ability trees, Geokinesis and Seismic.
    Geokinesis gives players the ability to shape earthen constructs to crush enemies and reinforce allies. New damage transfer mechanics give Earth users a unique way to swing the tide of battle by redirecting damage away from allies and onto themselves – or even away from themselves and onto their constructs!
    Seismic empowers players, allowing them to call mighty earth shaking forces that rattle and daze opponents. The Aftershock mechanic allows players to extend the effect of some Seismic powers so that your attacks keep rolling like an avalanche.

    Light: Hard light encasements now properly interact with Pyrokinesis, Telekinetic Bolt, Psychic Resonance, and Resonating Gale.

    Check out our new On Duty UI!
    In order to provide our players with a better experience when queuing for content, we have re-designed our On Duty UI to be more like the layout of our Mission Journal. Beyond just being familiar, players now have greater control and visibility when queuing.
    The new On Duty UI provides players with better feedback! For example, if a player is queuing and does not meet the requirements for the specific content, the On Duty UI now displays messaging as to what criteria the player does not meet. In addition, players now see the status of group members, and will be notified if a member of the party does not meet requirements.
    Character Background Selection!
    Legendary players and players that have purchased at least one DLC pack will have the option to change their Character Selection Background on the Character Select Screen!

    Audio:
    •When fighting Static, you should find him to be much more talkative now.
    Collections:
    •Fixed a number of gold collections that would spawn in locations players could not reach.
    •Improved placement of a number of Briefings in Metropolis.
    Research and Development:
    •Harvesting Exobytes while in a group should no longer cause a group roll. If you are the harvester you will receive the harvested materials.

    •Bounty and Wanted missions now have a chance to drop loot for any contributors currently on the mission.
    Marketplace:
    •DLC items in the marketplace should no longer be marked incorrectly as "Purchased" if your inventory is full.

    •South Gotham: With Brainiac consolidating his forces, and moving them into the bottles, Captain Cold and Cyborg no longer have daily missions for Villains or Heroes.
    •Party Time!: Fixed an issue that could cause the fight to break for higher level villains preventing them from completing the end sequence with Harley Quinn.
    •Hot Dog Zombie: Fixed a minor typo in the Mission Journal.
    •Garden of Eat Em!: Female citizens will no longer slide during this mission.
    Powers:
    •General: The following abilities now apply the “Crushed” effect on their targets: Thought Bubble, Stasis Field, Entrap, Grasping Hand, Deep Freeze, Carnivorous Plants, and Harvest.
    •Sorcery: Soul Well when used in the Damage role now correctly applies a critical hit chance buff to friendly targets within range when enemies are KOd.

    •Two Handed: The Current Effects menu tooltip display for the Two Handed Weapon Critical Damage bonus will now display properly.
    •Martial Arts: The Current Effects menu tooltip display for the Martial Arts Weapon Critical Damage bonus will now display properly.
    •Gadgets: The damage prevention effect of Clown Box will now properly overwrite damage prevention effects from Neural Neutralizer and Hide.
    •Acrobatics: You may now control your height while using Rocket Assisted Glide by gesturing the movement controls forward or backward.
    •Acrobatics: Significantly increased the activation distance of Glide Line.
    PVP:
    •Diamond Heist: Due to Brainiac's movements in South Gotham the Diamond Heist will now begin at a location slightly to the West of the previously planned heist location.

    Role Optional Alert Queues
    Two of the exciting features we’re rolling out for Game Update 9 are Role Optional Alert Queues and the Team Buff. We have metrics that show us who is queuing for what, how long they’re waiting, and a number of other really useful things. As I’m sure you know when you queue for a Duo, you tend to get in and are able to start playing right away. Alerts are a different story, especially for those of you queuing for the damage role.
    It has nothing to do with Duos only requiring two people. It’s that they require any two people. As is common in a lot of MMOs, there is a population disparity between the different roles. There are as many players queuing for Damage as there are all the other roles combined. Healers are the least common, followed by Tanks, and finally Controllers. So the end result is Healers don’t wait long at all, but Damage tends to wait much longer.
    All Alerts are now role optional. Generally it shouldn’t take much more than a few minutes for an Alert queue to pop regardless of your role, assuming there are enough people willing to play that Alert. When the matchmaking system tries to form a group out of the pool of queued players it tries to form a balanced group first. As minutes pass, the system becomes increasingly less picky about finding a specific role for a given group slot.
    The end result of this is that wait times to get into an Alert should be dramatically decreased. Provided players are queued, you should be able to get into an instance in a matter of minutes, no matter your role.
    Team Buff
    The new Team Buff allows groups a better chance to overcome adversity, even when they find themselves missing one of the key roles. Any time three or more players are grouped together, within range and in line of sight of one another, they gain a bonus to compensate for roles missing from their group.
    • If your group is missing a Tank, every group member gains additional damage mitigation.
    • If you’re missing a Healer, group members gain a small amount of Health regeneration when they begin to take damage and gain a further health regeneration boost while holding the block button when health is at critical levels.
    • If your group is missing a Controller you will gain a small amount of additional power regeneration when your power begins dipping low.
    • The Team Buff is functional any time players are grouped, with the exception of PvP arenas, Legends matches, and duels. (It will work in raids.)
    The buffs are by no means a replacement for having the actual role in your group. But with some self reliance, it will provide you with enough of a boost to allow you to complete the Alert successfully. The Team Buff is not applied in PvP arenas, during Legends matches, nor will it function during Duels.
    Novice Raids
    In an effort to let more players experience more of the game, we’re launching Novice Raid modes for Game Update 9. Novice Raids are far less demanding than the Expert Raids. They are intended to allow more casual players and random pickup groups a chance to experience some of our best content they might not otherwise be able to experience.
    The combat rating requirement is just a little bit lower for Novice Raids so you can hit them a little sooner than you can the Expert version. The content, play flow, and boss fights are identical but the fights themselves are much more forgiving. That’s not to say they will be a complete cake walk! You’ll still need to learn and execute properly on the mechanics of the boss fights if you want to succeed. Some may find Novice Raids are a great way to get some practice in while they are gearing up for the Expert versions.
    Novice Raids do drop loot, however the loot will be of a lower item level. They also award the same badges, but you earn fewer of them. Novice Raids share the same lockout timer as Expert Raids, so you can’t earn loot and badges in both during the same week.
    Some existing feats can be completed in either the Novice or Expert version of a Raid. However others such as the speed feats can only be completed in Expert mode. Finally we’ve also added new feats for completing the Expert version of a raid.
    New Soder Colas plans available!
    Plans for Soder Cola Prime and Soder Cola Max are now available for purchase from Research and Development vendors. These recover more Health and Power than a Soder Cola Extreme but provide no additional buff effect and require no Exobytes to make.

    Audio:
    • Seeds of Change: Hazmat Rhoades’ Quest VO is now playing correctly.
    Collections:
    • Fixed several issues with collections spawning in places only reachable by fliers.
    • Rose By Any Other Name: Raised multiple Investigations so they do not interpenetrate the ground.
    • Adjusted the spawn location of some collections in the Burnley District of Gotham.
    • Fixed a section where Paradox Reapers were spawning too close to a Gold Collection in Gotham.
    Feats:
    • Completing the bounty missions for Flash, Professor Zoom, Black Lightning, and Abrakadabra in Central City will now properly count towards the bounty feats.
    Items:
    • Items purchased with Marks of Momentum can no longer be sold.
    Missions:
    • Storming the Ivory Tower: Powergirl will no longer keep players in combat after she is defeated.
    • The Hunt for Grodd: Flash will no longer get cold feet and refuse to enter the final room in Grodd's Lair.
    • Shipping and Handling: Fixed issue where you could accidentally kill the first detective behind the first gate, and Catwoman would no longer respond.

    • Fixed an issue that prevented players from socketing armor that was currently equipped.
    • Workstations now properly display Icons for L1 and R1 to change tabs.
    • Fixed an issue that could sometimes display an incorrect quantity on hand when combining items.
    • Corrected certain tier I, II and III double stat mods that were adding a Combat Rating value that was lower than intended.     • Attempting to consume an R&D Recipe item for which you are not qualified will display an error dialog rather than a confirmation dialog.

    • The OMAC Base and Cape Carmine Lighthouse Duos now update the correct amount for the feats Duos Rookie, Expert, Master, Dynamo and Dynamic.
    • Flash Origin Duo: Fixed Joyous Musical Balls to fire in a slow half-dome rather than shoot straight up into the air in the open area of the boss-fight room.

    • Party Time!: After defeating Batman or Joker in the final boss fight the door will now open.

    Powers:

    • Updated the remaining tree descriptions for controllers to say they receive 100% Dominance when in Control Role.
    • You will now see blue fly text reporting Power restoration effects instigated from super abilities and consumables.
    • You will now see damage caused by your pets reported as orange fly text.
    • You will now see damage taken by your pets reported as purple fly text.
    • Your pet’s damage, healing and power contributions are now credited to your score card at the end of instances and arena matches.

    Electricity:

    • Bio-Capacitor and Invigorate will now properly heal group members when their health falls below 35%.
    • Bio-Capacitor will now properly heal you and a teammate.
    • Voltaic Bolt will now properly apply a de-buff to characters in the Tank Role when you are in Healer Role.
    • Group Transducer's description was updated to reflect that it can damage attacking enemies.
    • Invigorate's heal over time effect will no longer stack with multiple uses.
    • Electrogenesis: Updated the description to be clearer about target types.

    Gadgets

    • The tooltip for Anesthetic now states the correct supercharge cost.
    • Shortened the animation time on Neural Neutralizer

    Mental:

    • Grandeur and Reflect Pain now correctly prevent damage roughly equal 100% of your Dominance and 50% of your Restoration.

    Nature:

    • Using abilities in Insectoid Form will apply the standard Healing role anti-Tank de-buffs in PvP.

    Sorcery:

    • Updated the Watcher, Fury, and Guardian pet to more consistently attack the last enemy you attacked.

    User Interface:

    • Map UI: Street view mode: Street view mode now zooms in smoothly and fixed an issue with missing tiles.
    • Map UI: The Player icon now appears as green.
    • Inventory UI: The Stack splitting UI will now always appear in the correct position when using a game controller.
    Visual:

    • Midtown Police Station: The police in Midtown Metropolis have come to the realization that the new pipes they added to their column near the holding cells were placed right on top of a wanted poster. They decided it was easier to move the wanted poster to another face of the column.
    • Icons are now smoother and less aliased!
    • The officials at Stryker's Island Prison have begun a long term renovation to the basic structure of the facility. The base structure is more durable to deal with the increased power levels of the inmates.
    • The display time for the win/lose duel icons that appear above players heads has been reduced.
