I recently bought the Vanguard of the Heavens but I can't find it anywhere. I tried looking through the styles but there is only the default skin option.
If you bought an item from the MP, you'll need to go to the Redeem Menu to get it put into your Inventory. The item is Account bound so all your Toons will have access to it.
