In past there was a description for the Robot-Sidekick, you can´t have it active same time with power/ability based pets. This is made to avoid bot farming. In games like Guild Wars 2 you´re able to have 7 pets permanent, massive players started to abuse it.
Are you sure about this? I and others have been using them together since Grimorium Verum was released. Sometimes, especially during combat and doubly so if you're taking damage at the time, Robot Sidekick just explodes on summon which is why it's generally a good idea to clip the cast power with anything else, as this prevents the auto-self-destruction and prevents you from sitting through the very long summon animation. It's not a power/ability summon so there's no restriction, otherwise Grim'd be pretty much dead on arrival.
