I was playing in the MoM raid (Event) as a hero electric precision dps using DW->Flurry. My damage per shot was doing around 5k each. I noticed the reduced damage during the Poison Ivy battle. I think it happened after I became mesmerized and freed. When I continued to do Flurry shots, my damage values were roughly 1k (4-5 times lower). Is there a damage reduction field somewhere? Anyway, I activated the spore plant, the one that allows you to free a mesmerized player. My power table changed. I exited out of it and was hitting back to my regular damage ~5k/shot. But after about 1 minute, my damage was reduced back to around 1k. Any ideas why?
It is an intended defense buff, not the controller it’s fault either. There’s a mechanic with 1 of the usable forms where you could remove it.
