Crown of thorns last boss issues

    I have an issue I keep encountering on crown of thorns normal last boss,I tank it and when I have a shield up I get hit past it like the shield is not even there and it’s happening with perfect poise supercharge as well.It always happens in that raid

    IF i recall it right that is Murks mechanic, if u are in melee range he was using an attack which ignores shields and does about 90% damage of ur health, for those occasions u need to have a cola ready to go and of course range tanking ...

    Yes, I believe the attack is called Gut Punch. Check your combat log. It hits for 80% of health, if I recall correctly.
