I can't access the game

    Hello! I reinstalled the game to try it out again. The game is fully downloaded on my PS4, but I still can't get in. when I press "play" on one of my characters, it says that I can't access the content until its fully downloaded and the estimate is 0 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds. Anyone have any suggestion?

    Delete the game and re-download it. Or... delete the game and download another.

    I had the same thing happen.

    When you are on your main ps4 menu.... move your selector over to the DCUO game. Click the 'options' button on your ps4 controller when you are on the DCUO game. "Check for Updates" should be one of the options.

    Mine needed updating, and then I had no issues clicking on my toons to play.

    Thanks for the suggestion! I checked, but it says there aren't any updates for the game. I'll just wait and try again tomorrow
