Missing power in loadout tree?

Hello. I can't find shard of life in sorcery tree. Did they take it away? Or I just missing something?

Shard of Life is available at level 19.

I think 2nd power in his loadout, can't find in loadout tree

That image is from 2014, I'm sure the icons have changed since then.

I tried every power, but didn't find that one. That's why i was hoping get answer here

Hmmm.. Ok the name is the same, but not the power, colldown was not 6 seconds. So they keep the name and throw away power. Power lost at that time when they remove old loadout tree, were u need put skill points.

There was a game revamp last year, were you not aware?

I know that, just want know why they remove that one power

for the revamp they changed some powers that they thought were not fitting with powers anymore or were very rarely used.
