Never buy anything of which you can't pronounce the ingredients to (even just one of them). Always works for me.

no, because almost all modern food is modified from it's original source by selective farming.

Yeah, the only thing GMO has done, is speed up the process (and allow **** companies to copyright the end product and destroy neighbouring farms because of wind propagation)
