Bought 1000 daybreak cash but

    Ok, so I bought 1k cash right now, it was taken from my bank account yet it doesn't appear in my game or website, what the heck is going on.
    Here's the proof yet there is no proof of my payment anywhere in the website and it didn't grant me the 1k cash.

    Is that from your bank statement? All mine always said SOE/Daybreak not Game, Toy and hobby.

    It always says that, I made purchases previously through steam also but steam never gives me this issue.
